An Argument for Cellular Memory

The warmth spreads through my bones

And muscles

They are reignited

By their memories

Of her

They remember her

Long after

I have forgotten her

Their desire

Remains still

They

And I

Are one

So her I want

Still

I was a young boy

When I cast aside

The Mind-Body

Connection

Little did I know

She returns

On a cloud

Carried

On a storm

From up North

Right on into

My bloodstream

From there on into

My regenerating

Corporeal matter

As I ran

Ran away

From my life

And my mistakes

She saved me

They know that

And so too do I

And now

We all know

But we still know nothing

Nothing of each other

All that

Is there

Is this magic

This religion

There sits

A Temple

On a hill

In the grass

In the High Desert

That’s where

I am

And remain

Waiting

For her
