Everyday

Walking to the ocean

Thinking about that girl

Walking to the store

Trying to think about something else

Making my way back home

Through alleyways

Moving into the parking lot

I think about her again

As I go inside I try and forget

About how she forgot

About me

I couldn’t even see

There were ways

Through my town

That I didn’t know about

I found them

Every now and then

I found her at every dead end

Going to work

I drove by people

Hundreds and thousands of them

Unknown they were

And still remain

To the cause

When I think about not her

I think about the cause

Everyday

On my way

Here and there

And everywhere
