Sean (The King of Smithtown)

This guy is my hero

He drinks so much

And still stands up

Until that one day that he fell down

He was just walking around town

His feet were not on the ground

He never had a frown

He always owned this town

One day his guitar fell quiet

He wanted all of us to see

That he would go with caretaker

With the same pride and glee

He wanted to know

He wanted to see below

He knew other layers were there

He didn’t really care how he’d get there

Death was his foe

They did battle before

And Sean won

And we all knew the score

He lost his balance

He slipped from the tightrope

He plummeted to the earth

He said not to worry

Now his town misses him

Remembers him

Kings are not forgotten

Quite so easily
